I think the leaks of China under reporting is just more fear porn, as is the 15 million cell phone cancellations. 42,000 and 15 million are a long way apart. The facts in other countries don't support the theory. Remember it was the secret videos of people dropping dead in the streets that created hyperbole and has not played out anywhere else.
