Why did you write Father/ mother? Also, because we are flesh and spirit we have a duality. No one can live a sinless life, hense the need for Christ. Don't tell me for one minute that you don't sin. It's a walk with Christ and all fall short. He helps us break our strong holds but it's not something that happens immediately. Jesus tells of the man praying standing telling God how he doesn't do certain sins and the man kneeling telling God he is a sinner. God blesses and listens to the man on his knees admitting that his flesh is corrupt. Don't be deceived. If you no longer sin then you forefit Christ. The difference is that we can repent and continuously pray that our sin doesn't become a habit and fully realize how much we need Christ. As long as we live in a fleshly body we will still have fleshly desires. Walking continuously in spirit and in prayer helps.
The real sin is to stop trying. For we are encased in flesh and flesh is weak. God knows our weaknesses that is why he sent the savoir of the world. God wants us to constantly try and be worthy of him. Ultimately while in the evil material world we are destined to fail. But to give up and hand ourselves to Satan that is a sin that will separate us from God, not being imperfect.
Martin Luther drove himself crazy trying so hard at every moment of every day trying and willing himself to "not sin" and I believe it's from the Christian's not sinning misconception. I believe he found out the true meaning of that verse and came to believe as you have just said, that we won't be a slave to sin and willingly hand ourselves to the devil but also not be haughty and believe that we can truly be without sin as we would then not need a Christ.

So if you no longer sin or stumble or fumble or do anything wrong ever that's a pretty incredible thing. You will never have to repent or be under grace because by your works you are perfect. That's great. Well, I still have a road to walk and although things I struggled with are less and less in my life I still Know I need his Grace.
I still walk and talk with The Father. I still converse and meditate daily on His word. God comes first in my life. Nothing else matters. My relationship with Him is all that matters.
His Grace isn't what saves you. His Grace is that you are saved through faith that produces works. A good vine does not produce bad fruit nor does a bad vine produce good fruit. Ask Him to cleanse you permanently believing and it will happen. YOU have to BELIEVE that YOU can be PERFECTED as His Son was PERFECTED.
The sword of truth is shown as a double edged sword, because it cannot be wielded without cutting the user if the user is not in the truth. It cuts both ways.
The equivalent to that would be a bomb, which is going the wrong direction....

What if the beast system is television, tech, social media, the matrix. Then most people have already bought into it. I still walk and talk with The Father. I still converse and meditate daily on His word. God comes first in my life. Nothing else matters. My relationship with Him is all that matters.
His Grace isn't what saves you. His Grace is that you are saved through faith that produces works. A good vine does not produce bad fruit nor does a bad vine produce good fruit. Ask Him to cleanse you permanently believing and it will happen. YOU have to BELIEVE that YOU can be PERFECTED as His Son was PERFECTED.
