yeah, that's great and all. daily reminders are often needed. but filing a lawsuit isn't a win. legal actions can be filed without proof of wrongdoing. all that's needed are allegations and some bucks for the filing fees and perhaps a lawyer. institution of a law suit is only the beginning of a possible win, nothing more.

I think of the mere filing of the lawsuit to be a great step in the correct direction. So I included the item, knowing full well it isn't as good as winning the lawsuit. Just the same as a poll saying Trump would trounce Sanders is not yet a win in November. Just a good step for the day.

It's a good suggestion, but I doubt I'll be doing that. This isn't intended to be another Drudge Report or Bongino Report with links to each topic, just a list to keep us aware of activity in the right direction.
