Look into Ari's comments after his claim about Spacey. Ari wasn't treating the encounter as malicious OR involved with any litigation.
Ari did have self-admitted 'issues'.
I truly think we're putting Ari in a circle he need not be in; his death appears to have been a legitimate suicide (coincidental as that would be, given the particulars).
Personally, I see the car crash victim Spacey accuser's death as far more suspicious and indicative of foul play.
