The moment he said that every pizzagate understood the message.

He said I couldn't have been raping her because I was raping her.

An equivalence would be for those used to more modern tongue would be "I couldn't have slept with that girl because we were just watching Netflix and chilling".

Netflix and chilling is synonymous with having sex, just like ordering pizza Express is synonymous with getting underage kids to have sex with, all it does is seem to deflect for those not in the know.
