Police have found more than 40 skulls, a fetus in a glass jar and dozens of bones next to a 'Satanic' altar in the den of suspected drug traffickers in Mexico City. Four of the skulls were built into the altar in the Tepito neighborhood, where police arrested 31 people on Tuesday on suspicion of drug cartel activity. The suspects, 26 men and five women, are all believed to belong to the La Union Tepito cartel. A judge has now ordered the release of 27 of the suspects.
