I, also, am here instead of somewhere else helping the beast system. In my case, concussions disabled me from working. But -- they gave me time to research, time which most people don't have what with having to work two jobs to make ends meet, etc.

Of course the symptoms make researching more difficult than before -- particularly the forgetfulness, but also the headaches and irritability -- but at least I now have quite a lot more time. Filling it with gardening, and more recently started making Rick Simpson Oil, after I learned his initial injury was a head injury like mine. It definitely seems to be helping, another symptom is sleep issues and with the oil I've been sleeping 12 hour nights! That's wonderful. In fact I need to go finish the latest batch.
