Seems to me these hypothetical pre-pardons would be accessible today by people in the executive branch of government, at least at the highest levels(Trump). So if they even exist, their specifics would be known and well understood providing a hell of a path to individuals' crimes. I can't believe for a second that Trump wouldn't use the mere existence of them to call those people out publicly. I challenge their existence.

Regarding these two I have a theory. We know they have always been corrupt for most of their political life. We want justice but it seems impossible to bring them to justice for anything that they did. They have lawyers and they’ll be able to weasel out of everything. The trick would be to get them on something new and current and in the public’s eye. Something like what they are doing now by this trip which amounts to sedition/treason. President Trump and his team are leading them into an ironclad trap where everything is being monitored and documented for a military trial. There’ll be no escaping justice for these two. Just my thoughts. Thank you.
Pardons have to be specific they cannot be general and say you are hereby pardoned for any crime done or contemplated. They also must apply to a certain time period.
Supposedly, Obama signed some pardons just before he left office, meaning they couldn't be sentenced for those crimes, but crimes committed after the pardon date don't qualify for the pardon. Remember when Trump said he would issue himself a pardon? Baiting the DS and MSM to attack that statement.
The immortality of this scenario, the rulers conspiring to break the law and then pardoning themselves, is so evident that it hardly deserves much consideration by anyone. The SC ruling on it would already be an embarrassment, it would be like a murder case have the tribunal decide whether murder is such a bad thing instead of considering the murder itself.
It would be very interesting to actually get to see the wording of such documents.
I doubt these pardons would help them in a court of law, but even if they did, it wouldn’t save them from the world’s judgement... which these pardons would only worsen...
That said, the pardons could only be effective under US jurisdiction. These monsters have committed crimes worldwide. Maybe HRC could face Justice in Lybia, or Cheney in Irak, or Obama in Syria for example. Just sayin’.

Pelosi was the head of the DNC in 2008, and she is the one who signed off (under penalty of perjury) that Obama was constitutionally eligible to hold the office of President (even though he wasn't). I'd say he owed her a favor.
