Not to be nitpicky, but that doesn't mean the physical person of Q doesn't post elsewhere. They just wouldn't post officially or use the Q signature. One example of this is Q+ and his usage of Twitter. He doesn't sign it with Q+, but we know it's him. In a similar manner whoever Q is could potentially post to any anonymous board in order to help steer conversation, but nobody would ever know if it was Q.
I mean, by your interpretation, but Q doesn't explicitly say that. It's only logical to say that he can, very well could, and probably does post in other places, just not under the title of Q, especially when we see that Q+ has done it in the past, and it is ridiculous to consider that a human wouldn't post something somewhere on the worldwide internet.
