You don't know that it was presented as fact or simply as a phenomenon of interest. He could have easily presented the information along with a comment that he believes there might be something to but a lot of people do not. etc. The fact that he showed the video is not enough information to accuse him of attempting to indoctrinate. It's the difference between teaching about the beliefs of Christianity or Islam, and proclaiming that Christ or Mohammed is the one true God.
