I think this is a reference to the missile hitting the Pentagon instead of a plane hitting a tower.. There have been a few high profile people tweeting that Pentagon video recently plus someone put an image of a plane about to hit the Pentagon at ground level to show what it would look like in comparison to the missile video.. It's clear as day that it wasn't a plane..
