Some call it the memory hole, I call it the black hole. It's the place where stories like the JFK assassination go, 911 is another classic example. More recently, the Vegas shooting....never REALLY got much of an answer on that one, eh?

And now Jeff Epstein.

Yup...just a couple of sleepy guards and a despondent prisoner left alone in a SHU cell, oh, and the cameras just happened to be on the fritz that night. It all makes perfect sense. He was supposed to have had a cellmate, that's why they have bunk beds in the SHU...it's NOT solitary confinement. But for some odd reason the guards pulled the cellie out the night before Epstein died, and left an inmate who had come off suicide watch just a few days earlier all alone in a cell in which he would have the means to kill himself. What could possibly go wrong, they must have thought to themselves when they both laid down to take their 3 hour naps.

It's been 3 weeks since his death, and look at how fast the story is already vanishing into the black hole. Oh, the court case will drag out for awhile, the victims (and anyone else who wants to jump on the bandwagon) will keep kicking and screaming until they get their palms greased, but that's as far as any of this will ever go. All the ugly accusations about Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz, etc, will remain just that...accusations...and they will fade quickly as they always do. Today's headline is tomorrow's fish wrapper.

Of course, mass shootings and killer hurricanes helped a lot to get Epstein's death out of the spotlight, but that's all part of the plan...bad shit happens every day, some of it fabricated, and our 24-hour cable news cycle has mastered the art of burying inconvenient stories and distracting us with bright shiny objects. What it boils down to is that the Deep State can assassinate someone right under our noses and get away with it...they whacked Epstein, we know it, and we can't do a fucking thing about it. By this time next year, the whole story will be long forgotten...swallowed by that black hole for all eternity.
