Miley's tattoo artist Dr. Woo shared a peek at her new arm tattoo - The biscione - the emblem of the House of Visconti and the symbol of the city of Milan.

 

The tattoo is a snake in the act of consuming a child; the biscione is also known as the vipera.

Im positive Q has posted about this image. It was one of the "symbology" posts showing medallions/tatts/jewellery

Ive definitely seen it in before. Possibly from anons research related to their need for symbology.

This symbol is on the coat of arms of the House of Visconti, and also Alfa Romeo cars.
