I see a leather bound satchel. The kind used to hold and transport very important documents (She is sitting on it to guard it). The dogs leash seems to be placed to point up to this satchel. The amateurish photoshopping actually seems to highlight this satchel as they clearly stopped short of blurring its pixels (which would've made it unrecognizable)

Look at what happened with that NXIVM wife. She made a deal to separate herself from her husband on the charges against him. As soon as the sentencing was complete, she was indicted on a whole set of new but separate charges that were not part of her deal.

I'm ok with those kinds of deals; tell us what we need to get this person in jail and we will forgive these five crimes (that they think is the end of it) and then when it's over bring out 5-10 more.
