Exterior around the court appears to be a tailings pile. From mining the underground tunnels, I presume.

Not that I think that everything we see in GoogleEarth is pure and undoctored, but here is a summary of the things we can see at that mound using GE's historical imagery feature:

Mar 27, 2002 - Dirt trails and vegetation

Sep 5, 2002 - no change

Sep 10, 2002 - no change

Nov 29, 2006 - Site cleared and perhaps leveled (?) with 20+ mounds of something (timber burn piles?)

Aug 13, 2009 - Site seems weathered since last pic. Perhaps some small improvement visible on south side

Feb 12, 2013 - Berm in place, "court" area visible as four quadrants, with white square visible in the center

Jul 28, 2013 - Quadrants less visible (weathered?), white square still visible

Mar 13, 2014 - Ground covered with white material. Possible equipment parked there

Dec 31, 2014 - Standard tennis markings now visible. Pic is low quality and dark

Oct 20, 2016 - Green court clearly visible with white markings, fence visible

Dec 21, 2016 - No change (appears to be same imagery)

Feb 5, 2017 - Very high resolution imagery. Court visible, tennis markings, net, fence and 8 light poles visible (or at least their shadows)

May 11, 2017 - Poor image quality. Court and fence at least still can be seen

Aug 10, 2017 - No changes apparent. Court and lines still visible.

Sep 7, 2017 - No changes apparent

Sep 10, 2017 - No changes apparent

Sep 23, 2017 - No changes apparent

Sep 27, 2017 - No changes apparent

Jan 6, 2018 - Area appears to be heavily damaged, or in the process of being removed. Some original court and markings still visible

Jan 24, 2018 - Low clouds limit clarity, but appears that the court is entirely gone now

All subsequent image sets show the berms in place but no remnants of the court, fence, or lights

For some reason, the default imagery for LSJ is the Feb 5, 2017 data set. This accounts for the apparent tennis court when the Rusty drone flyovers show nothing. The reason for the odd curvature of the court might be due to GE trying to map new imagery onto old topographical data (before the site was leveled). You can clearly see in the Rusty drone footage that the mound has been flattened, but GE still shows it as a peak. Takes a long time to update that topo data.

Faking a tennis court would require 13 data sets (shown above) to be modified to fake the story. A more believable story seems to be that the court was finished in 2014 and damaged or removed in 2018.

In GoogleEarth you can see the picture history over the years. The tennis pic "2017" is used cose its the best quality.

Not that I support bing or Google, but don't they get the satellite images from the government? Google may not be the ones adding the tennis court

Bing maps also shows it as a tennis court. What does it look like with the drone footage?

Seeing is believing, and the fact remains, google copy pasted a tennis court on pedo island - FACT, WHY?

The "Human Sacrifice Heiau" theory., which ignores the fact that this area was bulldozed over and used to look quite different, nicely slides the theory that the area's a missile launch pad.

This leans very heavily on already debunked NeonRevolt info.
