EMERGENCY NATIONAL COMMISSION OF INQUIRY BEING FORMED

New York, January 5, 1974— An Emergency National Commission of Inquiry is rapidly forming in order to protect internationally significant evidence regarding the security and the integrity of the U.S. Government and Constitution. This evidence has been uncovered by a special “de-programming” team, under the supervision of L. Marcus. Mr. Chris White, a leading member of the International Caucus of Labor Committees, was brainwashed, tortured and programmed by British Intelligence-MI-5 for the CIA in order to assassinate L. Marcus and other leading members of the ICLC. The successful de-programming of Mr. White and discovery of other brainwashed victims has placed in the possession of the NCLC hard, direct and overwhelming evidence implicating the CIA, the NYPD in a direct attack against the national interest.

It has been determined that the British Government on receiving information that Mr. White was de-programmed would issue an order for the activation of a “random squad” to accomplish the assassination of Lyn Marcus, Mr. White and Mrs. Carol White. According to Mr. White’s program, the test British Intelligence would use to determine if Mr. White would be de-programmed was a message that he was incapable of recalling until brought out of the programmed state. Detective Finnegan of the New York Police “Red Squad” was specifically identified by British Intelligence as officer in charge of the random assassination squad.

There is irrefutable documentation that the CIA intends through assassinations and other means to destroy the principals in the case of of international espionage to constitute irreplaceable evidence in the national interest. The Emergency Commission of Inquiry is demanding that the evidence in possession of the NCLC be protected and submitted to the examination of competent press, legal, and psychiatric experts.

New York police officials and FBI have refused to provide competent investigations and protection in this case, even though the NCLC has reported hard evidence of espionage and other major crimes to them. The actions of the New York Police constitute a programmed pattern of beginning investigations and then withholding contact with us. This extraordinary behavior of a police agency gives preponderant evidence in favor of impending action approximating that reported to Mr. White by his program.

There is no “free” press willing to cover and investigate these events. The magnitude of the national news blackout on these world-shattering events can only have been organized by the CIA. We have, in fact, been warned by members of the press in Boston that known CIA operative Andrew Kopkind himself has been “ordering” certain local press to kill publicity on this story.

There is no police “protection”; there is no “free press”; there is no justice. There is only the CIA conspiring to tamper with and destroy evidence.
