Most all the plastic we use comes from oil, the actual refinery is not in duress apparently.
All that said, yeah it is easy to cause damages to complicated processes but Houston is the wrong place to do that, we know how to react because this stuff habbens. We have the people/equipment/training to respond, all the area plants have emergency crews and firefighting equipment who practice coordinating with each other...we handle these things well because they DO happen.

Accounting offices that destroyed all documentation. One of the buildings in NY that wasn't hit was taken down. That building held C_A offices and all documents were lost. Look at Oklahoma City bombing. It held documents on the Gulf War Syndrome that vets were suing the government as well as possibly some Clinton crimes and it held proof of what happened. All lost as well as innocent human lives. This and other FFs were to defect or cover up many crimes.Government "investigations" were more cover-ups by the people who were involved investigating. The FBI and the other alphabet agencies just didn't go rouge the last 3 years, they have been at it for many decades.
