What about trips to Haiti & DR? Were there any stops in these areas for cruises in the Caribbean? These cruise ships are absolutely huge. Could hold any kind of cargo (live cargo) and never be found considering the ingenuity of taking a cruise ship and modifying it privately after market.
Everybody on the boat would have to be part of it. The boat can only take 12 people. It would be extremely noticeable if even one child didn't return to the mainland. So how it would have to work is that some boats/times are kept reserved for pedo trips. So I'm thinking that foster parents would get a free trip for bringing their kids to be used at pedo island for the day. Since the cruise ships don't stay overnight, the kids couldn't stay overnight. Some of the Disney Cruises go to British Virgin Islands then US Virgin Islands, and then to Disney's own Castaway Cay. So maybe the kids can be left overnight.
8:30 A.M. Pick-up at Oasis Cove Marina.
10:00 A.M. Snorkeling at Little St. James Island.
11:00 A.M. Snorkeling at Steven Cay.
12:00 P.M. Lunch in Cruz Bay, St. John.
1:30 P.M. Sightseeing and Beach time.
3:30 P.M. Departure St. John.
4:00 P.M. Drop off Oasis Cove marina.
IDK It looks difficult to pull off. If some boats just went to Little St James Island, and didn't return until evening it could be easily observed.
