It looks like Little St James was marketed directly to the public?!? Or is this a cover story for why the ship would stop there, but they wouldn't let regular people book this excursion? Maybe as someone else mentioned they were ferrying large numbers of kids in a closed-off floor of the ship...
But I want to raise another possibility, that maybe regular people could book this excursion and their family would be taken into that dungeon. And maybe the things they would do there would cause a MK-ultra-like split personality effect such that they would not remember any of it consciously. They would actually return to the ship thinking they had gone snorkeling. What do you think is this plausible?
