At the beginning of the first movie in the chicks bar, Jones is trying to get the amulet he needs to go searching for the Arc of The Covenant.

The girls says she doesn't have it, but during the course of the conversation, that he and her have been involved sexually, at her Father's pleasure it would see (grooming), and she states clearly that she was just a child when it happened.

Then of course the bad guys (Nazis) come and try to take the Amulet, and a fire starts, where Jones then saves the day and the girl.

This movie is a movie about a pedophile, and subtly makes you like him.

Then there is the little boy that travels around Asia with Jones. What is this kid his baggage handler?

I doubt it.
