It's complicated and convoluted. Isaac Kappy, a voat anon, and a 4chan anon spread this idea. I believe Q himself has suggested that JFK JR is still alive.

I believe that the Q team is pushing the July 4th date, but they have pushed dates in the past and nothing has happened.

4chan anon is legit and part of the Q team, and so is this voat anon.

Where is the flight instructor? As part of the 9/11 truther researchers for 8 years, this is a subject that was also connected to what we were looking at. I don't believe Jr. is alive, but believe there will be revelations made re: the who, what, and how. Nice rundown of the codes!
