You are misleading, the artist seems cool for calling out these weird fuckers and BTW she is fucked in the head and has done far worse. Miley Cyrus Dressed as a Topless Rainbow Unicorn, Miley Cyrus talks about the Devil Satan, Miley Cyrus uses Dildo on stage and performs TOPLESS while wearing a strap on penis .... either she prays to something very weird or the drugs have fucked her mind up.
I made no comment about the artist or his work, I find it interesting. However my point is that OP is misleading in that people commenting here are thinking Cyrus posed for these images and they are real adverts of Marc Jacobs. Its just a bit of misinformation but its things like this that lead to "q followers make crazy claims that miley posed with dead baby". Im just asking the OP to be less sensationalist and more informative. Like explaining that its an artists representation and provide a link from the quote from billy ray cyrus.
