There is a remedy.

Change your status, a status correction and they can not touch you or your children.

As long as you´re a 14th amendment US CITIZEN, you are in their jurisdiction. The all caps names are all US CITIZENS, corporate dead entities. Look at American National or state citizen instead.

Uh, did you not read my OP? It's all about not giving up the minds and freedom of ourselves and our children. You're the one renting your children to the government when you agreed to a birth certificate. One court order and they'll come for those kids because they have jurisdiction to do so. That's how the system works.

The child is a ward of the state if that child has a state issued birth certificate. Why?

Because that birth certificate is an estate!

How do we know this? Because as soon as vital statistics manifests the birth certificate, it goes to the county where the child lives.

The registrar puts the birth certificate through probate and deems that estate as abandoned.

What do probate courts deal with? Estates!

The hospital information on file is given to the state. The state gives a fiat worth based on the weight of the child and what the cost of gold is at that time ( I saved the formula, but I have not been able to locate it ). This formula, the sum of it it used to create what's called the minor account. This is what is called the usufruct trust. Until that account is settled, the child remains owned by the state, even AFTER the child turns 18. As long as this minor account remains, we are all still considered minors, because minors are deemed by the state as unable to take care of their own affairs and since your property was deemed as abandoned, they consider you as dead. Do dead people have rights? Can a dead person own property? Rights are property! They deem us as unable to have property, and therefore, they treat all of our property ( AND OUR RIGHTS ) as theirs. I see where you're coming from, however, think about it logically. Just because they give themselves 'authority' doesn't mean they really have any. These rules only apply if you decide to play along with their game. That choice is completely up to you. They don't own you anymore than you allow them to, regardless of fraudulent paperwork.

Here's the thing. You will always hear about threats of violence or see examples of it, but has it ever happened to you? CPS. Forced adoptions. Federal monies for doing so. The Clintons. You don't know about this?

DCFS/CPS gets a call from someone (99% has no proof of anything) (police, churches, hospitals, schools, ect.. are required by [fraudulent] Mandated Reporting) to go to the home and attempt to snatch the children with fake information. If they can not get the kids, they go to the court and get (pay for) a judge and States/district attorney to get an emergency order to remove the kids from a good home (over 90% are good families). Then DCFS/CPS comes with the police as a means of "ENFORCEMENT" and take the kids and hands the parents a piece of paper that says they have court in two hours (due process violation). There sits the judge and the attorney in a court room setting. 1. Judge represents the state. 2. States attorney represents the state. 3. DCFS/CPS works for the state. Conflict of interest. States are guilty of racketeering and kidnapping. ON A WIDE SCALE. This happens to many families.

Don't get me started on medical kidnapping.

Even if you played their game, you can easily disprove their so-called jurisdiction in their own courts. The state is a fiction, it doesn't even exist. Ask any lawyer to prove the state or a country even exists, and listen to their explanations. Not to insult you, but you sound like you have fallen prey to the fear mongering they love doing. "just doing our job!" kind of people and they WILL take the children. Again, please look into forced adoptions and police officers showing up in hospital rooms to take newborns away from their mothers.

The machine pays them and they are willing to give up their humanity and the constitutional rights of others for paper rectangles.

You would have to go to court to prove kidnapping and AGAIN, your children are in state custody until you prove in court that the children were kidnapped. Again, I do not know that it qualifies as kidnapping because you consented to their jurisdiction when you signed the marriage and birth certificates.
