Parallel governments and they intended to declare Trumps illegitimate to replace it with an unelected one where Obama was still president. This is why they all still call him the president.

The first president in history to refuse to step down at the end of his term.

Actually I was referencing the "Two men enter, one man leaves" aspect of Thunderdome.
