There is no "figuring" it out when it's a bad web page that can screw up your computer. I would never link to a crap page like that. I would put the file somewhere safer for downloading.

Hi, OP here, not saying YOU didn't, but I didn't get any malware warnings; running Ubuntu 16.04.
So I just opened up the archive, and it consists entirely of JPG and MP4 files. Opened some of the JPGs, they appear to be from her feed.
