nah, the photo has been around on the internet for a while. Use tineye.com to look up image history. That and Q was just reposting an Anon's post. A lot of what is being shared was covered in older posts and dug up by pizzagate diggers a while back.
That literally means nothing. The images have existed before either of these posting dates. Turning green just mean this guy grabbed them from the source sites edited them in an edit them in a image editing software, then reposted them.
