Decades long smoker here. I “quit” once a year when I fly somewhere warm for a break. 2-8 weeks at a time. Cold turkey, super-chron right up til I board the plane leaving Canada.

I have one day of headaches and intra-ocular pain. Then it is as if I had never used it. Maybe quicker to temper.

It’s super easy to quit for me :)
