Ok, so assuming it's a real OP, I have a question....
Because (unless I'm mistaken) the military isn't constitutionally allowed to operate (note I didn't say "train", I said operate) on home soil.. unless some very specific conditions are met, what might those conditions be? One is a hot civil war..like when Lincoln suspended habeus corpus..which really wasn't even technically constitutional, but conditions obviously warranted it..but is there anything else?
I ask because if someone who knows could verify what those conditions are, it may give insight as to the possible why the op happened. They chose not to use SWAT, national guard, or apparently even regular Army. They went straight for spec ops....
16659804? ago
We have been in a state of national emergency since 911.
16653533? ago
It's time to get back to real productive work and do what Anons are here for, you've been bamboozled by another shill . . .
16652508? ago
There are conditions that allow the military to be used on American soil, but we'd really need a lawyerfag with some experience to outline what they are.
18 U.S.C. § 1385. Use of Army and Air Force as posse comitatus
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
10 U.S.C. § 275. Restriction on direct participation by military personnel
The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to ensure that any activity (including the provision of any equipment or facility or the assignment or detail of any personnel) under this chapter does not include or permit direct participation by a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar activity unless participation in such activity by such member is otherwise authorized by law.
...
16651939? ago
What powers comes with a national emergency? It seems that if President Trump declared a national emergency that would change things a lot as far as what he could do.
16651855? ago
Are you sure you don't mean a suspension of posse comitatus?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posse_Comitatus_Act
But Bush jr did suspend habeas corpus in 2006.
https://www.thoughtco.com/bush-lincoln-both-suspended-habeas-corpus-3321847
16651694? ago
How about if the local police (L.A. cops) are corrupt as hell and won't arrest anyone that they're bribed to protect? I could see that applying in Los Angeles.
16652425? ago
I am reading a book about the hippie music scene in Laurel Canyon in LA. The police would let the Cabal murder anybody they like, and use any method they wanted, and the LAPD would just rule it a suicide no matter what.
16668811? ago
Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon, yeah, by Dave McGowan. The real interesting thing about that book is, it isn't the book he set out to write! He wanted to write about his rock n roll heroes, who they were, how they got into the music biz, etc. Instead, he found a rabbit hole of bizarre connections, like one RR star's father was an admiral involved with the Gulf of Tonkin incident; another had a father who was a scientist at Ft. Derrick (US bio weapons lab); so many grew up around Langley and such places, and went to the same schools, yet apparently didn't know each other, let alone play music or form bands together. In fact, many seemed to not even be musicians until they magically appeared in Laurel Canyon! And on and on and on the rabbit hole went (and still does). McGowan eventually concluded there was some sort of psy op being run on an entire generation. And that hasn't stopped, either.
16655412? ago
Laurel Canyon and the hippie movement that came out of Laurel Canyon was rife with Deep State (CIA) connections. That's whole thing is a deep and twisted rabbit hole to hell. I went down that rabbit hole years ago. Frank Zappa was much more than he appeared to be.
Zappa's dad was a chemist and mathematician and worked in the defense industry. After a time in Florida in the 1940s, the family returned to Maryland, where Zappa's father worked at the Edgewood Arsenal chemical warfare facility of the Aberdeen Proving Ground run by the U.S. Army.
Jim Morrison's dad was Rear Admiral who commanded United States naval forces during the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which provided the pretext for the US "boots on the ground" in the Vietnam War in 1965.
16654056? ago
Holy crap - that's insane! However, totally believable. I never got over the O.J. verdict. The shock of the century, that was! I used to live in L.A. and worked in the TV/film industry - it's every bit as bad as we're finding out about (finally) now. I was so disgusted with that scene and L.A. as a whole (was living there during the horrific 'Rodney King riots' too), I left CA and changed my career altogether - after getting into loony debt from my film major in college. That city needs to be reinvented from top to bottom!
16651853? ago
oh yeah that definitely makes sense to me, but i'm just a 20 something nobody
16654096? ago
You're a 20-something PATRIOT - not a "nobody"! And we're so glad you discovered Q and found this forum to connect with other patriots! You're one of the few woke 20-somethings, and that's something to be proud of, especially despite the endless pounding of Socialist agenda crap you've been hearing from all your teachers and peers.
16652026? ago
I respect you for saying that. Most people your age call us older folks stupid boomers. Yes, it happened under our watch—using the “totalitarian tiptoe” method. Multi-generational. Literal decades, heck, all the way back from 1871 when Congress passed the “Act of 1871”. You have an opportunity to educate yourself on how this happened, and inform your friends, if they’ll listen... WWG1WGA!!!
16690518? ago
yes i feel EXACTLY the same way! and i DO tell my friends! it's ALARMING that we can watch a show like planet earth in the comforts of our home, on netflix, with popcorn... as if it is entertainment. the natural world is so foreign to us that it is actually considered more of an entertainment product. if an earthquake happened right now or we came under some horrible oppressive government, we would all die because NOBODY knows how to survive. NOBODY knows how to kill, store, and prepare their own food. we aren't taught in school to value things that are truly valuable, but rather to go spend 100,000 in loans & debot on a useless degree that wll guarantee us working for SOMEONE ELSE. and THAT'S supposed to be called "success" !!! big fat nope from me, i see straight through the bs and thought i sound and feel crazy, at least i'm crazy with God and Jesus, who was also crazy in his life on earth, lol
16697579? ago
well, i don’t think “NOBODY” would be the correct word. some of us know how. but i would say “almost nobody”. and man do we have a lotta wild pigs around.
16691027? ago
The sad thing is, I think it was done on purpose to make us dependent. People these days don’t understand the difference between “individual rights” and collectiveism and why the former is SO important. They want to make laws for everyone, and when you do that, you lose individual rights. Over time, you lose ALL rights when the collective decides what “everyone” should do.
16654123? ago
I don't suppose you see the true relevance of that little story, do you?
16656551? ago
Don’t be so cryptic, are we playing guessing games here? If you think there is some deeper meaning beyond the reason stated in the story, by all means enlighten us.
16654023? ago
I am a 40 something and I have been fighting these DS reptile bastards on the interwebs since 14.4 modem days.
16669833? ago
I’ve been on a computer since 1993, with DOS. My computer had 2 MB of RAM!!! I remember my bookkeeper came to me and asked to buy Win 3.1 and she described a GUI. It’s been all downhill since then!

16656502? ago
The story was a metaphor, no one is actually going to catch wild pigs.
16668977? ago
But, that actually is how wild pigs are caught! And, apparently, it works great on catching humans, too.
16669793? ago
LOL, I get it now!!! But yes, the methods have improved a lot. A circle fence dropped once is much less fence and, and less time acclimating the pigs to being captured. I bet they get mad as hell!!!
16662934? ago
Point is, the techniques for catching wild pigs have improved, and it's easier than ever.
16652261? ago
The kind of post that makes it worthwhile coming on QRV. GJ
16652304? ago
Thank you, it was a good place to repost that story, I’m happy you were touched by it... Pass it on!!
16651558? ago
They did so because they were taking-down domestic terrorism targets. Plain and simple. Now, whether the crimes were child sacrifice, money-laundering for evil king-pins or some other heinous dregs - only time (Q) will tell.
16651360? ago
I think this guy is a Democrat looking for a reason to sue Trump....Again. Give me a break
16659014? ago
No dude I'm not. I love POTUS!
If being inquisitive marks me as opposition to you, then you're an asshole.
I was very clear in stating that I'm interested in the legal mechanisms behind this because it may give us clues to the "why" the raid was called in.
It's not that complicated dude.
Rather than everyone speculating a million different ways about the why question, I think it makes more sense to start with the how.. let's establish that, then move on to the why.
To be clear I'm sure it's legal. POTUS wouldn't have done it otherwise.
If I were some moonbat fuckwad trying to sue POTUS over it, I'd be on the commie boards trying to first convince them that it's not training, but a real op. Then I'd start saying "let's sue him."
So you can fuck off directly with that shit.
16651345? ago
The constitutional republic died before you or I were born. What you are watching play out is some serious game of thrones type bullshit. It's honestly biblical. Trump can arrest anyone on the planet in secret and have them executed without trial and seal the case with a national security letter that says anyone who talks has their own secret arrest and execution next in the queue. Or he can just murder you remotely with a drone strike. That's a monstrous power indeed and in no way does it relate to what is written in our constitution, but that's the power Obama had, and he used it plenty.
Patriot act, national emergency act, 9-11, multiple ongoing wars that have not been officially declared to be over, hell even the federal reserve act allows the executive branch to borrow infinite money in war time. The fact of the matter is that every single president since Lincoln with few exceptions has eroded slightly our constitutional protections against the executive use of military force domestically, and every single congress has sold slightly more of our constitutional representation to foreign interests.
They never thought she would lose.
I'm telling you they have been working for hundreds of years to turn out government into a fascist military dictatorship. They were building a weapon that could be used to commit genocide against any population on earth without repercussion, and that weapon was the United States presidency. In fact, they were so certain of their control over this absurd weapon that they allowed the military might of an entire PLANET to be centralized under a single man. They had their own home nations in Europe submit to a treaty (NATO) whereby the united states would amass military might on their behalf. Ironically it's probably because they prefer to live somewhere where the people have rights and aren't subject to the taxation of American military industrial spending, so they designed an arrangement where European nations simply paid (or failed to pay) America to fight and die FOR them.
How stupid are they that they lost control of THAT?
That's why so many of us in the Q community are urgently demanding disclosure and public arrests. We're not impatient, we're afraid. If Q doesn't start doing things the old fashioned constitutional way, then it seems entirely reasonable to believe we may just be trading one military dictatorship for another, and this new one openly uses military intelligence operatives to control and direct discussions on the internet. That's a terrifying prospect.
Q seems like a good guy. Trump seems to want to restore the constitution. But maybe it just seems that way because they already switched on the mind control devices.
16753310? ago
God bless you Patriot. Those are my exact thoughts, exactly. I've expressed the same often on that board. If SHTF with how Q pans out, I hope to find you again.
"If Q doesn't start doing things the old fashioned constitutional way, then it seems entirely reasonable to believe we may just be trading one military dictatorship for another, and this new one openly uses military intelligence operatives to control and direct discussions on the internet. 16657870? ago
Yeah can't disagree with much of this tbh.
16653934? ago
Mueller, Comey, Brennan, DS 9/11... I think this truth will wake up the planet. Then we can start getting into the bigger shit.
16653235? ago
On what planet? How are you seeing that version?
16652258? ago
Well said, thank you!!!
16651256? ago
That was not U.S. Military on U.S. Soil. That was probably BLACKWATER doing the dirty work on U.S. soil (remember their ad, "we are coming.") ....with Special Ops providing oversight.
16651866? ago
hmmm... watch the water... watch california... idk, too much confirmation bias, who knows what anymore
16651250? ago
wsan't habeas corpus suspended?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xf4W8F5HpiQ
has it been reinstated?
16651260? ago
If so that would explain it
16651194? ago
The President signed an EO which declared Human Trafficking a National Emergency. Under those circumstances can he not use Military?
16651229? ago
Yeah I don't know...I was hoping you do haha
Seems logical tho

16651221? ago
That's interesting...
16651169? ago
Well... If I recall Trump's admin changed the rules of engagement regarding domestic enemies. Didn't Grassley also strangely question Kavanaugh about this too during his confirmation?
I may be wrong but I feel like I remember that.
Could be similar to Lincoln. The Fed could justify using spec ops on US soil if taking down an enemy of the US.
16651122? ago
Yeah that plane is a sub hunter/surveillance platform. A relative of mine was a NFO on one of those.
They would train on home soil.
It seems reasonable to assume it would be assisting with surveillance in this scenario.
But the lingering question is how then are army guys allowed to do a live op in a city.
I know you said POTUS could just load Navy guys up in whatever vehicles he wants..but I don't think it works like that. MILfags were very adamant about those choppers being used by army and army only.
Implying that for Navy to use them, they'd have to train their asses off to qualify. It would make more sense for Navy just to use their own shit since there's no learning curve there.
Would love for a MILfag to clarify the possibilities/likelihood...

But aren't we in a state of war since 9/11? Recall Graham questioning Kavanaugh? https://www.c-span.org/video/?c4747307/sen-graham-asks-military-tribunals
Law of Armed Conflict: https://www.thebalancecareers.com/law-of-armed-conflict-loac-3332966
16657898? ago
Not war... Only congress can declare war. Everything since? Korea? Nam? I forget... Was all presidential emergency action. Not declared war. All totally unconstitutional.
16665002? ago
not true we have been in a state of perpetual marshal law since the death of LINCOLN he instated it and it has never been suspended. thus the CONSTITUTION has been suspended also all of this is a dog and pony show until ORIGINAL JURISDICTION HOUSE and SENATE members are elected an seated also duely sworn in with the proper oath
16667985? ago
Legit info man. Yeah I really never went back before 1913 or so I have seen a lot of stuff like this going back to civil war days. Its all fucked. really really bad.
16672879? ago
it goes back to when we first broke away. we had a production economy when england seen how it was booming it scared the fuck out of them!!!!! and were hell bent on busting us down from the begining
16658587? ago
Thanks to Obama.... office of POTUS has almost unlimited power, which Trump is using to his advantage to drain the swamp
16651089? ago
I recall that questioning. It was more about who can be tried in military court tho. Not so much about when the military is allowed to operate on home soil.
16651094? ago
Read the article about Law of Armed Conflict, I think it addresses it?
16650781? ago
The Navy is the exception.
16650836? ago
Cool to know, but not relevant considering that the operators were apparently non-navy.
And do ground operations count as an exclusion for navy? I get that subs patrol out waters on active duty. But that's different than sending SEALs into a building in downtown LA on a live op.
16651092? ago
Navy was involved.
http://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/26336/a-navy-p-8-poseidon-jet-has-been-flying-mysterious-circles-over-los-angeles-for-hours
16650917? ago
Has this been confirmed because the Navy has access to all kinds of helicopters.
I only know that the Navy is excluded from the "must not operate on U.S. soil" provision... so presumably they can land their helicopters and run around if they like. I've always just assumed this was an oversight in the law that didn't mention the Navy at the time probably because they only had boats.
16650952? ago
Apparently confirmed by military fags in another post.. it wasn't regular army, in fact they were able to narrow it down to only 2-3 particular units, all special forces...but none navy.
16650971? ago
Yeah - I read those posts and those guys have far more knowledge and experience than I do in such matters... however it's also reasonable to think that if President Trump wanted to use the Navy then he could just create new taskforces and equip them however he liked.
It seems reasonable that, if or when shit does go down, that new teams with new equipment may be created for the occasion.
16651126? ago
Realistically, we don't need new TF's.
Thing is, if we used CAG/Delta, they technically don't exist. The only unit to do so.
You think SEALs are the "spookybois" with NVG's quietly rappelling into a building, slitting people's throat, grabbing an HVT, and leaving without a shot fired?
Nah.
That's what CAG is for. Those are the guys you do not fuck with under any circumstances. You see the patch, you better find God or find some respect. Preferably both.
I'd argue CAG/Delta are a Tier 0 unit. They're the spooky death squad guys.
And that's quite literally their purpose.
16651150? ago
"Realistically, we don't need new TF's."
Huh?
16651255? ago
Task Forces.
16651072? ago
Yeah assuming that Navy truly has zero constitutional restrictions, seems like a reasonable theory. Thanks. That's the sort of shit I'm trying to cultivate with this discussion.
16650679? ago
“Babies, it’s what’s for dinner,” or something like that, so goddammit haven’t you been paying attention!
16650704? ago
I believe OP was referring to the constitutionality, not the reason. POTUS seems to be following the constitution (what a novel idea for a president, finally) - so the question seems to be what constitutionally triggered this.
16650895? ago
Ding ding ding! You're the only one who gets my angle here so far....
16650693? ago
No I've been paying attention.
Something like that could likely easily be handled by domestic forces (think SWAT or national guard).
You're jumping straight to the why speculation and I'm saying let's go through what's legally permissible first.
Cannibalism and murder is handled by cops most of the time. This doesn't fit that profile.
16652355? ago
Neither the National Guard or SWAT fall under the control of potus. National Guard is controlled by the Governor of each state (potus can call them up and control them in wartime) and SWAT is just local police forces. President Trump Controls Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines (and the special forces within) FBI, US Marshals, DHS, ATF and every other Federal law enforcement division.
16658913? ago
Yeah I know that. Again, missing the point here. In a typical scenario where it's catching a murderer or even a group of them, or sex traffickers, or pretty much whatever POLICE ARE USED, sometimes federal, local, state, or a combination. This is indisputable.
In more sever situations, like hurricane Katrina, it was NG.
So again, the point here isn't who is in charge of what force. That's common knowledge. The question is by what legal mechanism the use of MILITARY - controlled by POTUS DIRECTLY - on home turf is legal.
16652230? ago
Another thread is speculating it could be carfentanyl (a stronger version of fentanyl) that was destined for the LA water supply. The anons said this would cause most of LA’s 4 million to die, the remaining people to be immediately without water, ALL piping in the entire city, mains, buildings, homes, apartments would have to be replaced. This would take about 20 years to rebuild. Imagine this happening in a couple dozen major cities.
I think that is cause for the military...
16650870? ago
I’m just gonna go with my gut and a mountain of classified information that seems to be leaking at the seams. JFK assassination was declassified and guess what, it wasn’t a magic goddamned bullet. Were you surprised? Me neither...
16651190? ago
My guess about JFK, is that there were 3 teams... one in the 1st floor of the Dal-Tex building, one in the 6th floor of the Book Depository, and a 3rd behind the grassy knoll. Triangulated crossfire.
16658210? ago
I heard that there were at least 8 shooters, one in the drain in the street, which makes the trajectory and the direction his head went on the fatal shot line up nicely.
16650945? ago
Ok and that has what to do with the question posited in the original post?
16650970? ago
Your right, eating babies isn’t specifically listed as being unconstitutional so it must be some other reason, but I’ve yet to be informed directly. I’ll let you know when the media lets us all in on that, because it’s probably not that big a secret to begin with and besides, who wouldn’t want the ratings associated with something more nefarious and rightly unconstitutional than...I don’t know, say...eating babies?
16651000? ago
No dude you're missing the point.
Murder is certainly against the law and unconstitutional. But there's a reason that they send the cops and not fucking seal team 6 to apprehend murderers and even cannibals.
The point is that I'm fairly certain that certain conditions have to be met in order to use the military on home soil in a real OP like this.
I'm asking what those possible triggers are. and for a possible trigger to qualify, it would have to be something that's bigger than the sort of thing that's outside the capabilities of SWAT or national guard...
16651064? ago
On the scale of “selling hot chocolate without a permit” to “literally starting WWIII” I’m gonna move the slider somewhere to the right to get somewhere in the ballpark (according to your assertions) but I’m no oracle though I’m not sure this is no matrix.
16651184? ago
Ok. So basically "it must be something really bad."
Well yeah, I think we've all already assumed as much.
But again, I'm trying to look at this through the more broad legal perspective before going down the rabbit hole of the more specific.
But yeah, a world war definitely qualifies, sure.
