I personally know a woman who has cured her own skin cancer with CBD oil, which confirmed (other) CBD oil-treatment cures from online testimonies. I know a guy who has radically decreased a benign brain tumor (over the course of 2-3years) taking only chaga tea, which is a know anti-tumoral agent. Give natural cures proper credit, come on.
And you personally know those are the things that cured them how?
The closest thing marijuana has going for it with cancer is it has been shown to slow the growth rate of tumors. That is still up in the air pending more actual legit research however, although a mechanism has been defined so it seems likely.
That's not my opinion. It's factual, based on their personal experiences and observations. Causality is observable too, in non-laboratory settings (for skin cancer, especially). Especially with cancer and tumors, as cells can multiply rapidly. Therefore And btw, not talking about marijuana, here; CBD oil instead.

There is no evidence showing that CBd oil in any concentration stops or eliminates tumors.
And yes, your friends experience is an opinion still, the only fact involved is that they had cancer and happened to also be taking cbd oil. If there is no actual proof to correlate them then it is not proof, just opinion.

Why not? If many testimonies could go this way? Even if anything taken/done was to cause only an effective placebo effect for cancer! Why not? Isn't food important for good health? Isn't great life habits important too? What about emotions? How can anybody prove the importance of the simplest of things in the healing process, outside a lab? The simplest way of putting it: my friend got rid of her skin cancer, without going the nuclear or chemotherapy way. CBD was a part of it. Considering the fact that she is one of many testimonies indicate that it might just have something to do with it.
