My wife made Kale chips or something the other day. It's like veggie snuff - kinda liked it.
I married a good gal for these times. She was a new ager and universalist and I brought her to the Light.
She's making all the right foods - decreasing inflammation etc., but having an issue with the cost of free range eggs. Kek.
Help Please - just have to figure out my 15 yo daughter's source of dizziness - been to 4 doctors.. she's not fainting and functions well,
but when she gets up and walks up stairs she can get dizzy. We just tried the Epley Maneuver last night.. and will do 1x day for a week, but
no immediate results. Kinda sucks for her and I want to figure it out. But Standard MDs have no answer... thanks for any pointers.
I digged that for you:
Start somersault, go back to back level sit down https://www.jbbardot.com/colorado-common-vertigo/
Foster is director of the Balance Laboratory at the CUSchool of Medicine. One morning, in treating herself, she came up with her own spin on how to fix vertigo at home. It’s called the “Half Somersault Maneuver.” Patients put their head upside down like they are going to do a somersault. They wait for dizziness to end then raise their head to back level. They then wait again for dizziness to end and then sit back quickly.
Please let me know how it works for your daughter, who know.
Will give it a try. She's not complained lately so I'm not sure.. sometimes I hate to ask. Otherwise most times she seems fine.
Thanks for the info and concern!
My cousin had thise problem, she did exercises... Wheter it was Epley or else I don't know. I also found that for you https://www.webmd.com/brain/home-remedies-vertigo#1 . There are 4 exercises. Good luck!
If she feels dizzy for short period after standing up, I used to have that. In my case it was just low blood pressure. In my case, my vision would start to fuzz out and sometimes I had to put my hand on the wall to steady myself until my heart picked up the pace. I outgrew it.
Yeah, it might just be a situation of outgrowing it. Will keep trying stuff things.
Next thing is a particular type of massage and maybe a chiropractor.
Thanks!

It's called, stop eating bad "food", get a good amount of exercise, get plenty of rest. Prevent, rather than cure cancer

A family member had such a problem, it was an ear problem. She did some re-education and solved it. But she had trouble being diagnosed also.

Low Iron or Vit D? Hope you've had these checked, and get to the bottoms of things.

Go keto or full carnivore diet. It helps with dizziness. Sugar and carbs are the killers for us all.

you have to do keto in cycles, otherwise it could be a bad thing

… no money in that you say? Good one! Although since we started eating better, I've found that I don't eat as much as I used to.
