When writing a paper, sources must always be cited. Unless, of course, your information is considered common knowledge. If I made a statement in a paper saying JFK got assassinated, I would not have to source it since it's common knowledge. There are a few out there who don't know because of this or that reason, but it's still commonly known. By now, if one cannot see what President Trump is accomplishing, it because they haven't kept up. Just my two cents.
