Confiscation at the national level won’t work. We couldn’t disarm Afghanistan. I know for a fact, in my county, the CIRTs would n9t get more than one or two houses at most before they suffered mission critical levels of casualties. The next day the members’ families would be wiped out and confiscsti9n would be over. There is nothing special about my county. This would happen everywhere they tried (but for the big cities perhaps—but the gangs would eventually have the same effect when they went for those guns).
