This may be old news, but did you notice who empaneled the judges to review the ethics complaints?
None other than Chief Justice John Roberts. Since the Supreme Court Justices are supposed to know the Constitution extremely well, you would think that he would have known that when Kavanaugh was approved and sworn in that this panel would be obligated to dismiss the complaints because they have no jurisdiction over the SC.
