I haven't read all 84 comments, so my apologies if I'm repeating someone else.
I'm certain that the rich can afford treatments to which the rest of us do not have access. However, I think the real point here is that the drug companies are very much owned/supported by the deep state as a cash cow for them. They have NO incentive to provide cures to the masses (which they have discovered and formulated with our tax/grant money). Why would they when they can have the masses and their insurance companies paying through the nose for treatments for their symptoms (not cures, just symptoms)? Top that off with the fact that they actually CREATE sickness with vaccines, etc. and they have it made. They control people's health and they get all their money.
It's just a bonus that they have these cures handy to use on their own. Can I prove all of this? No, but I've been following the drug companies since the 70s (when they actually taught us in college what they were up to) and I'm pretty convinced nothing has changed.
