I have noticed that too. I don’t personally think it’s wrong if a couple of mixed race chooses to be together but it does feel like it is being forced down my throat for some reason
I don’t think it’s wrong until they have kids. It creates a lot of confusion and questions for the kids. I know of a couple mixed marriages (black man/white woman) and I cringe when he makes racially charged accusations in public. I can only imagine the conversations around the dinner table.
And the to be told that “it’s a black thang, I wouldn’t understand”. SMH. One thing I do know is that it killed his mom when he married a white girl. (His parents were awesome and well respected in the community).

My kid ain't confused. But then he is also very bright, and an only child, so he's surrounded by adults all day, and is very mature for his age.

He doesn't go to school? I'm sure he's surrounded by people his own age most of the time, correct?
