Standard deviation in the distribution of IQ scores in the population is 15.

And he was implying that blacks have lower IQ than whites. Which they do.

Again - education plays a role. Minorities in large part have not had access to a decent education. Using that as a way to create racial division is not a wise idea. It's simply RACIST. Why do you want to DIVIDE? Even if all your information is dead on accurate, why would you bring up the issue? If you're worried about the problem, it's a poor education system overall. IQ has NOTHING to do with RACE.
