This is absolutely the case. When Trump says those people coming from Mexico are rapists, he could literally be talking about anyone. Let's look at his exact quote: "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people." See, it is really unclear who he is talking about. Could be mexicans, could be people from somewhere below mexico. Hell, he could be talking about tourists on vacation in mexico that get sent back. Maybe they're tourists from Arizona, those are the rapists he means.
