Mexico needs to set up a Mexico-Only Go Fund Me site. He needs to also stop money flowing back to Mexico - until the wall is fully funded.
When Trump shuts down the Southern Border - all of them will have a chance to set up and pay for the damn wall. Mexico could also give our Military clearance to go in and take it from the Drug Lords. Those pieces of shit are the ones that need to pay anyway.
