What if [D] stood for 4, and meant 4 days from today? That would be December 23rd...
All the same, Q seemed to be hinting at action happening after the EO affecting Military Tribunals kicking in, Jan 1, 2019, and Congress with the new Senate majority convening Jan 3rd. I was thinking a big arrest scenario would happen between those dates, because a sitting Congress is exempt from indictments except in cases of treason or felony. So maybe January 4th, like another anon suggested in the comments here.

I'd say 12/23, 1/4 and 1/7 (4 days after Congress is sworn in) are all possibilities. Or, simply that they have 4 first targets for such.
