Many seem to be doubting the identities espoused regarding this photo. Honestly the first time I've seen people say it's not JP & VJ.
Interestingly enough, before I even looked at the comments here I had a sudden gut feeling(having seen this photo several times before) that it's not VJ/JP... lo and behold, apparently I'm not alone...
Part of what made me do a double-take is the claim in the caption, that the photo is from The Standard Hotel - is this much even verif(ied/iable)? */shrug*
Ears, nose(Podesta very much has a wide, down-curving beak) and jawline/chin don't appear to match. Eyes are similar but not by very much, mouth is too hard to tell because of the paint, imo.
Been looking at various images for comparison, really doesn't seem to be him. I could be wrong, of course. At the very least I'm not certain.

I think he’s a weird looking, unique looking person and that mouth is very very similar too
