Can anyone answer the OP? Or can we assume that Q just gave away the smallest of hints into whomever they are by the use of an uncommonly used noun in the USA?
Someone said earlier that mobile phone was a term used in America back in the day. I'm sure some of Q Team are older military, so they're using words they are used to. I doubt Q are foreigners, but you never know.
