Technology, in its purest definition, is something that liberates man from menial tasks. As you say, it's purpose has been corrupted and it is being used as a method to distract and ultimately to enslave. Nothing wrong whatsoever with carrying a device that gives you access to just about anything you could want with the swipe of a thumb. GPS tracking, code that gives remote access to your camera and microphone, and other hidden additions are the control factor. The unfettered natural progression of technology would be the end of the work force (along with hunger, disease, and a lot of other woes, most importantly money). The process has been stalled. Who here believes that we don't already have the technology to raise the standard of living for every man woman and child on the planet to a point that crime and poverty would be eliminated within a generation? It's being held back because the Cabal has us trapped in a monetary grid of their own design from which only they really benefit. Whatever happens, I hope that these shackles are removed and that everything held back will be given to us.

It comes down to using anything in a balanced fashion — in which at the end of the day helps grow one as a person intelligently and spiritually. Blaming technology outright is merely dealing with the problem shallowly. It starts with people to really begin looking inward and then utilize technology appropriately while helping improve upon it further with co-creative ideas and inventions.

I think the biggest benefit for everyone’s health is about an hour a day of rigorous exercise.

I truly believe rigorous exercise over a period of time as much as 18mos can solve any imbalance or issue that you have.

As a hard-core internet junkie, I can attest to this. I have a nephew who just won the world Arena championship at Blizzcon. In a family full of athletes, he lives on his computer. Happy for him that he has something, but...not a life I would wish for my children. He's an extreme case, but I see it everywhere these days.

The Earth and life on it is trying to ascend into higher dimensional existence. A lot of humans seem to want the opposite and are building lives in screens, into 2-D worlds. Wrong direction! Come back!

I was around in the pre-internet era. Getting non-mainstream information was almost impossible. You had to subscribe to obscure newsletters or buy and read very hard to find books.

I agree and believe in all things in moderation. Technology is a great tool to learn and communicate etc but i would like to see children do what i grew up doing too and that is playing outdoors such as team sports or just plain having fun running, cycling etc. Too many kids get addicted to video games and TV and their health both physically and mentally suffers. When i was a kid there were only 3 channels on TV and radio and that was it so we could not wait to go out and play with our friends. The only kids i see out where i live is to ride their motor cycles and ATV's. No one is playing football, baseball, Basketball etc unless they are in organized teams.

Every time people express their opinions unrelated to Q here it makes me want to not visit this sub. Keep your stupid opinions to yourself. Why don't you give up your running water, electricity, and live in a cave, neanderthal? Technology is what separates us from the beasts.

If I chose to cross a river I use a boat. When I get to the other side I leave the boat at the river bank, I do not carry it around with me. But the boat was an essential tool for crossing the river. So to, can technology be utilized as an essential tool, but one is not hooked on it to the degree "the dog is walking his Master. In Responsible hands there are no limits, only the limits one surrenders Responsibility too :)

Where I agree folks need to put down the social media and go be social in person... I think lumping social media in with other technology is not the right thing to do.

Example.... what if somebody was developing a.i. to detect, alarm and instantly initiate a lock down of an entire campus if somebody pulls out a gun?
