One of the videos sold by the Italian suspect shows a father sexually abusing his daughters of 9 and 11 years of age. The customers were also able to order tailor-made videos. Upon request the children wore suggestive lingerie, at times bought by the customers themselves. Requests on how to pose were also given and some customers even traveled to the studio in order to attend the video shoots or to make their own private videos.

What he finds instead is a chat room where men are paying bitcoin to watch another man torture a baby. The webcam clients were telling this man to pour acid on this young baby. The ring was traced to an Internet chat room called “Kids the Light of Our Lives” that featured images of children being subjected to horrific sexual abuse, including the streaming live videos.

Authorities said they used surveillance tactics normally used against terrorism suspects and drug traffickers to infiltrate the pedophile ring at its highest level.

"From that initial horrible discovery, the investigation grew to reveal connections in nearly 30 countries around the world," Mukasey said, standing beside justice officials from France and the Czech Republic. France is the current head of the European Union to be followed Jan. 1 by the Czechs.

AUSTRALIAN police have helped smash an international paedophile ring, rescuing a four-year-old child from alleged abuse by her grandfather and laying almost 200 charges against nine local men.

More than 90 arrests have been made in eight countries as a result of Operation Koala.

The European Union’s co-ordinator of investigations and prosecutions, Eurojust, said today that 40 arrests had been made in Britain, 21 in France, 11 in Spain, eight in Sweden, five in Belgium, four in Italy, two in Iceland and one in Denmark.

I was on 8chan last night when this was being discussed. The feeling was more that Koala had something to do with FISA declass and Australia (since he mentions "Aus" in the same drop). Koalas are unique to Australia.

That I know of, at least as of last night, nobody can figure out exactly "CLAS 9" means, so I assume that it could be meant to scare whoever it may be targeted at.
