As the only ginger in my family (and school until 9th grade), I can never understand entire groups crying about discrimination because I had to withstand so much of it on my own with no one to commiserate with. I was long into adulthood before discovering discrimination against gingers is a "thing."
Milo Yiannopolis often points out the statistics of gingers joining up for radical Islam in the UK because , after a lifetime of discrimination, the group that embraces them is the one they give their allegiance to. An entire family of gingers sounds divine.
I seriously dont see why Anyone would bully someone on their looks.. Even gingers! I would see it as something special, and we should be proud of ourselves. Especially gingers, because they are less than 1% (correct me if Im wrong) of the total world populaion

That's because you're intelligent. In a world moving toward collectivism, unique individuals are a threat.
When I was a kid, many people actually crossed themselves when they saw me, they literally thought my red hair was from the devil. People get all kinds of crazy stuff in their heads that they think is real.

Much more acceptable and welcomed now than 30-60 years ago, my hairdresser says it's one of the most popular colors for hair coloring.
Not sure what your "shade" is but mine is literally fire engine red, very thick and curly. It's huge compared to the size of my head.
Kids were mean and adults not much better.
Because of this, I have no sympathy for entire groups that claim they're marginalized yet have each other for support.
