It's worth agreeing with the point that many don't care (about much of anything, really), and some "Jewtards" are retards (though some are just trolls having fun, and others are trying out rhetorical tactics).

However, Jews are uniquely at the heart of some problems people do care a lot about, even when they don't presume any Jewish involvement:

• The wars in the Middle East have been engineered by Jewish infiltrates, for Israeli interests.
• Cultural Marxism in our universities has been propitiated by Jewish disruptors, for social agitation.
• Jews, through AIPAC have exerted corrupt control over many of our political leaders, who dear not tread upon Jewish designs.
• Through the SPLC, they push for censorship of our speech, and curtail our rights.
• They exercise control over nearly all forms of mass media (music, film, news, print, press, web), with which to push the degeneration of our cultural morays and social institutions and control the public narrative, setting boundaries to popular discourse.

As to the problems you've brought up, Jews have had their hand in those too:

• They are at the heart and foundation of the NAACP, and other race-baiting organizations
• They run the NGOs that are funding the current migrant crisis to the US and Europe
• The Jewish Irgun introduced modern terrorism in Palestine in the preamble to the establishment of Israel. Today, they fund many terrorist organizations, including ISIS.

People care about the effects, but they are ignorant of the mechanism of many of these events.

They have been conditioned to shudder at the posing of questions on the matter.

The hope is that the control is not absolute and can be broken, piece by piece, for as many as possible.
