French here. My compatriots aren't crazy, they are just brainwashed and lethargic. When American take their guns when they consider too many taxes are too many, French no longer have guns and go buy a bottle of wine while ranting they are paying too many taxes. The Americans will get 2 revolutions and French would still rant among friends they are paying too many taxes.

There are reasons the English say the 'French are crazy' or 'temperamental little bastards'.

C'est vrais. Having lived in France, dans la capagne, I would say, talk and wine, absolutely. But there are loads of guns out there..... ;-)
