Find out about local events the enemy is holding and put out flyers or media posts that look authentic but give incorrect information about places and times of the meetings. Make bulletin board flyers advertising a service the enemy would be interested in (dog grooming, organic produce, whatever libs are into) but for the contact information put the info of an enemy organization so they get riddled with off-topic calls. Stink bombs have limited duration but slyly dropping a few in a public gathering of the enemy will get their attention once someone steps on the capsule. If you shop at a store frequented by libs, artificially hold up the line by playing dumb / asking for price checks / disputing coupons / "I have separate orders" / paying with small change and taking your time counting it out.
