Is this real? Did a state senator call out the deep state and say numerous officials were working against the U.S. Government? Someone linked it to a voat post. It's called the Senator Wayne Stump letter.

I looked up the senator and I feel like much of it has been redacted because not much is on him. There is an obituary here, he died in 2005.
