Since voat very recently changed the page layout and started showing Traffic stats and hottest, most popular submissions in the sidebar, it ramped up famefags to constantly post drivel. That has helped to drive traffic to certain posts, and it is suspect how those choices are made. Some posts that are prominent have insignificant voats and still trending. Well, it is easy to examine this for yourself. If I am wrong I am wrong but keep an eye on it.

The community is not in control of the way some of these things are trending here on voat. Submissions are strategically being hijacked and inserted with garbage for a purpose. It is deliberate and effective. VOAT IS COMPED and it is being slowly rolled out that it is. Q warned that all sites would go down at some point and it sure seems like it is ramping up here.

Please remember to upvoat any submission you read and find has a positive contribution. If you look at the stats you will see a topic where 600-700 views, and they are 100+ mostly positive comments but only 30 or 40 upvoats. That is just not adding up when you compare it to hot trending topics with similar views, less comments but hundreds of upvoats. Something stinks. If people think Voat is not being regulated to direct topics on a certain path, they are just fooling themselves.
