What movie is the scene with Morgan Freeman from?

the Dark Knight - from when they used cell phones to triangulate Joker's position - I thought the imagery worked well for what I was talking about tho it's not the original context to why I had that image. There's actually an interesting code in the film regarding cell phone tracking and that's a topic for another day.
